Throughout our glazing careers, we have experienced selective testing, which equated to additional tests for the testing agency and little to no information for the glazing contractor and general contractor. Hence, “Quality Assurance Through Quality Testing” & “Testing by the Book” were established with the premise that a quality product starts from the bottom up. This can be accomplished through early and constant communication during the project, education at all levels, and “Testing by the Book”. This approach can help determine issues early in the project and help mitigate further problems on current and future projects,
